Named 2023 Washington Post Top Work Place for the Eighth Year in a Row The Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant and Agile Scrum Master will (in collaboration with the Product Owners) design, develop and champion creative and compelling solutions for an agency's core case management system. Works directly with the client project stakeholders and perform activities such as modeling process and data requirements, creating user stories from business requirements, defining business rules, creating test cases, perform testing, and being the primary functional liaison to the technical development team. They also work with developers to design and build solutions using low code development techniques and Dynamics configurations. As scrum master they shall be the facilitator for a product development team that uses agile scrum development methodology. They manage the Agile process including, helping the team to reach consensus for what can be achieved in a specific time period, managing daily scrum ceremonies, removing obstacles that are impeding the team's progress, and protecting the team from outside distractions. The projected compensation range for this position is $115K to $140K (annualized USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements. Required Skills: • At least eight (8) years of IT experience working in systems development projects in roles such as analyst, developer, and tester. • At least four (4) years of experience in Dynamics 365 / Power Apps / Dataverse based system development. • Hands-on experiece in designing and developing Dynamic 365 based solutions using low-code / configuration techniques. • Certified Scrum Master. • Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task. • Must be a US Citizen Desired Skills: • Knowledge of SharePoint 365 Configuration, Azure DevOps, and Power BI. • Federal government experience. • Active federal government Public Trust clearance. • Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certifications.
