WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A BCBA As a BCBA at 360 Human Services, you can expect a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where no two days are the same. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting functional behavior assessments, creating behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based strategies to address challenging behaviors. You will work closely with clients and their families, providing direct one-on-one therapy sessions and conducting regular progress evaluations.
