With Co-Founders coming from the Personal Training industry, Stretch Lab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to ?Live Long?. StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields including physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more. StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals. StretchLab?s proprietary Flexologist ? training program (FTP) ensures that their clients receive a world class stretching session. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: ? Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (15-25 hours/week minimum). Including but not limited to: o Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions o Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele o Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules o Handle member concerns when applicable o Field Intro sessions with prospective members o Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed o Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention o Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time ? Leadership and Management responsibilities (15-25 hours per week) o Recruit, hire, and train Flexologists in the studio (2hrs/week) o Host monthly team meetings & continuing education forums for Flexologists (1hr/wk) o Ensure Flexologists? maintain their clientele list (1hr/wk) o Coach underperforming Flexologists on member conversions & retention metrics (1-2 hrs week) o Meet with Franchise Owner and GM to review studio performance via dashboard (1-2hrs/mo) Qualifications: ? Love of boutique fitness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility, flexibility and/or recovery ? Background in one of the following modalities, preferably with leadership/management experience in one of the following: o Massage Therapist o Personal Trainer/Strength and Conditioning o Physical Therapist o Athletic Trainer o Kinesiology/Exercise Science o Yoga Instructor ? Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with client ? A current Health/Fitness/Wellness certification or degree required ? Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people. ? Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy. ? Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals. ? Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies Must be available to go through our 2 day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online training and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training.
