Job Description: We are urgently hiring a Full-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist for our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to efficiency. The role involves entering high volumes of information into our company’s database from paper documents. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date... and useable information in our systems. This position is remote, and therefore strong self-motivation and discipline are essential. Job Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 40 Hours per week Responsibilities: 1. Entering customer and account data from source documents. 2. Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. 3. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output. 4. Maintaining databases by entering new and updated customer and account information. 5. Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files. 6. Complying with data integrity and security policies. 7. Regularly backing up data for secure storage and easy recovery. Hourly Salary Range: $25 to $45, based on experience and skillset. Job Requirements: 1. Proven data entry work experience. 2. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular). 3.
