We are seeking a proactive candidate with hands-on experience in Walmart's Retail Link platform, ideally someone who has completed training for the Bamboo Rose and QMS, to collaborate closely on Wk36 quotes. Strong expertise in these areas is essential for executing critical tasks and ensuring seamless operations with our supplier, Walmart. Key areas of impact include: Data Analysis & Reporting: Leveraging Decision Support & Luminate to provide actionable insights for business decisions. Quote Management: Facilitating smooth and timely quote submissions through the Quote Management System (QMS). Supplier Collaboration: Managing DI item creation and global supplier quotes to align with Walmart's specifications and timelines. Item Setup & Maintenance: Supporting product launches and updates through Item360, ensuring data accuracy. PO Maintenance: Managing and maintaining purchase orders via NOVA to avoid delays and errors. Walmart Retail Link Proficiency: Ensuring efficient task execution and seamless communication throughout Walmart’s processes. Bamboo Rose Expertise: Streamlining quote submissions and improving accuracy using Walmart’s new system. You’ll be a great fit if you: Hands-on Experience: Specifically with Walmart's Bamboo Rose platform Proficient in Walmart Retail Link: Can efficiently navigate its tools to support key tasks. Possess Strong Skills in PO Maintenance: Particularly through NOVA, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Experienced with Item360: Effective in it’s utilization for seamless item setup and maintenance. Excel at Analyzing Data: Generating insights through Decision Support & Luminate. Solid Understanding of the Quote Management System (QMS): Utilized for managing company quote submissions. Skilled in Supplier Collaboration: Collaboration with the suppliers and DI item creation, ensuring alignment with Walmart’s standards. Creatively Contribute to Solutions: Creative problem solver and analytical thinker with a focus on work being thorough and accurate. Accountability: Maintain a strong sense of responsibility for the integrity of data and processes. Minimum requirements: Communication Skills: Fluency in English is required for this position NOVA: Expertise in PO maintenance. Item360: Proficient in item setup and maintenance. Decision Support & Luminate: Skilled in data analysis and reporting. Quote Management System (QMS): Ability to manage quote submissions through Walmart’s portal. Supplier Quote (Global Specification Supplier Quote): Experience with DI item creation and supplier quotes. Ability to Develop and Maintain Supplier Relationships: These skills will be helpful in streamlining operations. Eastern or Central Time Zones: These hours are required for the position. Nice to haves: Strong Background in: Supply chain management or retail operations. Familiarity with: E-commerce platforms and integration with retail systems. Experience with Data Visualization Tools: Used to enhance reporting and decision-making. Strong Project Management Skills: Primarily to handle multiple tasks and timelines effectively. Prior Knowledge of: Walmart’s sustainability or compliance initiatives.
