Anrok’s cutting-edge platform seamlessly integrates with various billing and payment systems, streamlining sales tax monitoring, registration, reconciliation, and filing across multiple jurisdictions. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the crucial link between our customers and our product and engineering teams. Your primary focus will be on understanding and resolving complex technical issues, leveraging internal resources and teams to provide clear, concise solutions to customers with varying levels of technical expertise.
