Employer Industry: Biomedical Research Why Consider This Job Opportunity... • Salary up to $106,723 • Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization • Fully remote work opportunity • Supportive and collaborative work environment • Chance to contribute to groundbreaking biomedical research • Competitive benefits package offered What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Process end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements • Oversee administration of garnishments, court ordered withholding orders, and voluntary deductions • Manage nonresident alien taxation requirements • Support business process strategies for efficient payroll processes • Generate comprehensive payroll reports and conduct account reconciliations What Is Required (Qualifications) • Associate’s degree in a business-related discipline required • FPC or CPP Certification preferred • 5+ years of related work experience, including a minimum of 3 years in multi-state payroll • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Proficiency in using payroll software such as Workday Payroll and ADP Smart Compliance How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Knowledge of California payroll laws and regulations • Experience in the non-profit industry • Ability to manage payroll function in a fast-paced environment • Advanced computer skills, including Excel • Strong communication and organizational skills At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
