Job title: Senior-Lead SalesForce Marketing Cloud Developer - REMOTE Company: Publix Associate Services LLC Job description : Publix Associate Services is able to offer virtual employment for this position in Texas only. Please note that Publix Associate Services will not sponsor any hire for this position for an H-1B visa or permanent residence. We are looking for a Senior-Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer who can contribute to the success of our company by developing and managing our marketing technology stack. The candidate should have experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and should be able to design and develop creative solutions to drive engagement, build our audiences, and deliver powerful experiences across multiple channels. The Senior-Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer will be responsible for the following tasks: Lead the development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including building automation journeys, designing email and mobile templates, and developing custom integrations with third-party platforms. Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to design and implement complex technical solutions for our multi-channel marketing campaigns. Develop custom AMP Script and SQL query activities within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM integrations. Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and testing activities to ensure quality outputs. Train and mentor junior team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related marketing technologies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in building Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, with a focus on Marketing Automation, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Journey Builder. Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform and its API integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Experience in developing REST and SOAP API integrations with third-party systems. Strong understanding of SQL and AMPScript programming languages. Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with Digital Marketing technologies such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Analytics. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years’ full-stack web development experience with the .NET framework 3.5 or above including C#. MVC and Microsoft Entity Framework 7+ years’ experience in implementing enterprise application using platform services like Azure App service, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus etc. 7+ years’ experience in the creation and execution of Marketing Cloud automations 7+ years’ experience working with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder and Automation Studio Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other certifications are preferred Experience designing and developing websites running in a multi-platform distributed environment Experience with responsive web application design and development Strong technical understanding of the .NET Framework SCRUM or other Agile experience Frequency of Pay: Monthly Potential Annual Pay with Bonus: $111,930 - $199,225 Year End Bonus: As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix Associate Services issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.
