We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate VirtualSpecial Education Teacher to join our remote team. Position Overview: As a remoteSpecial Education Teacher in Michigan, you will be responsible for providing virtual instruction to students with disabilities in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs. • Use online learning tools and platforms to engage students in interactive lessons(Provided). • Adapt curriculum and instructional methods to meet the unique needs of each student. • Monitor and assess student progress through virtual assessments and data collection. • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educational staff to ensure comprehensive support for each student. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and IEP goals. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education (or related field). • Valid Michigan Special Education Teaching Certificate (or eligibility for certification). • Experience teaching students with disabilities, including learning disabilities, autism, and other developmental or emotional challenges. • Tech-savvy with experience using virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams).
