We are an innovative and collaborative company seeking a Lead Full Stack Rails Developer with a strong Front-End background to join our growing team. As the only Front-End team in the company, you will play a pivotal role in refactoring our customer activation flow into Rails. If you are passionate about mentoring others, driving technical excellence, and bridging the gap between front-end and back-end development, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:  Proven experience as a Rails developer with a strong front-end background (React/Node.js).  Be part of an intimate, collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact the success of the team and mission.  Passion for mentoring and developing junior developers  Contribute to strategic technical decisions and improvements as a technical leader within the company Required Skills & Qualifications:  Strong experience with TypeScript, and understanding of Node.js, Rails, and front-end development fundamentals.  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically  10+ years of experience in Full Stack development  Comfortable with Remote work Preferred Skills & Qualifications:  Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks and projects independently, with a drive for excellence  Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and drive initiatives forward  We value long-term commitment and look for individuals who are passionate about building something impactful and lasting  A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a remote, distributed team environment Compensation:  Salary: $180,000-210,000 #LI-AB4 Apply Job!Â
