We are seeking a highly experienced OneTrust Tech Lead/Product Owner to manage and lead key enterprise-level software implementations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in project management, document management, data privacy, and compliance initiatives. If you have a proven track record of managing complex IT projects and driving GDPR and CCPA compliance while leading cross-functional teams, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project cycles for enterprise solutions, including requirements gathering, software selection, data migrations, and post-implementation support. OneTrust Technical Leadership: Take the lead in OneTrust implementations, ensuring successful execution from vendor evaluation to deployment and post-implementation support. Data Privacy Spearhead GDPR and CCPA compliance efforts, implementing robust data privacy solutions and setting security standards across business units. Application Oversee and enhance IT systems supporting Legal and Business Affairs, focusing on Contract Management, Document Management, and Records Retention. Vendor Selection Lead vendor selection, software evaluations, and contract negotiations to ensure tools meet both business and IT objectives. Executive Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align project scope, report on progress, and resolve issues related to design and execution. Required Qualifications: Experience: At least 10 years of project management experience in enterprise IT, with a focus on document management, contract lifecycle management, and data privacy solutions. OneTrust Expertise: Must have successfully completed at least two OneTrust implementations, with hands-on experience in GDPR and CCPA compliance. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in OneTrust, iManage, ServiceNow, Jira, SQL, SAP ERP, SharePoint, and MS Office 365. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional, global teams and collaborate with executive steering committees. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications or executive education in IT management is a plus. Ideal Candidate Profile: The successful candidate will be a strategic, detail-oriented leader with a demonstrated ability to drive large-scale software implementations and enterprise data migrations. Your expertise in OneTrust and data privacy compliance will be complemented by your excellent vendor management and team leadership skills.
