In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and entering prior authorization data for healthcare services, ensuring that all information is accurate and processed in a timely manner. This is an essential role in supporting our healthcare clients by facilitating the smooth approval process for medical services. Key Responsibilities: • Accurately enter patient and authorization information into the system. • Review medical records and verify required documentation for prior authorization requests. • Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve discrepancies. • Maintain confidentiality of all patient data in compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of authorization requests. • Ensure that all data is entered according to company and industry standards.
