AMD together we advance LOCATION:  Hyderabad - India ONSITE : This role requires the student to work from the LOCATION office throughout the duration of the Co-op/Intern term. First time Co-ops/Interns should work full-time and onsite. PROGRAM TERM: This is for One Year TERM WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Gain knowledge current productivity and collaboration Tools Work With Sr. Colllaboration team members Follow document process for resolving customer tickets Work with vendors and Sr. team members to resolve complex issues KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Basic knowledge of networking, Operations Systmes and Web technologies Basic knowledge of MS office and Mobile Apps Good Communication skills Good customer service skills Quick learner and able to follow document processes WHAT WOULD SET YOU APART: Infomation system Coursework - Networking, Operating systems Some knowledge of Collaboration tools - MS office, Slack, MS teams, One Drive Good communication skills WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Quick learner Able to get along with other team members Good communication skills Able to follow documented processes Information Systems Major Benefits offered are described:  AMD benefits at a glance.
