Job Description As a WFM Data Entry Specialist at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in our Workforce Management (WFM) team. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately input and maintain data relevant to workforce planning and optimization. The success of our operations hinges on precise data management, and we are looking for detail-oriented individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to gather, validate, and enter data related to employee schedules, attendance, and performance metrics. You will ensure that all data entries are accurate and up-to-date, contributing to better decision-making processes within the organization. You will also be tasked with generating and maintaining reports that help the team identify trends and areas for improvement. In addition to your data entry responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other team members on projects aimed at enhancing our workforce efficiency. This may include analyzing data to provide insights on staffing needs, identifying gaps in coverage, and contributing to the overall strategic planning of workforce management. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with workforce management concepts or tools is a plus. Responsibilities Accurately enter and update employee data in the WFM system. Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company policies. Generate reports to provide insights on workforce performance. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement. Assist in scheduling and attendance tracking. Respond to inquiries related to data and reporting.
