Job Overview: As a Remote Flight Reservationist at SVH Travel Company, you will be responsible for managing flight reservations and ensuring a smooth booking process for our clients. This remote position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach. Responsibilities: • Flight Booking: Assist clients in booking flights by researching and recommending the best options based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements. • Reservation Management: Manage flight reservations accurately and efficiently, including booking tickets, confirming availability, and processing payments. • Client Communication: Interact with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide flight options, and assist with booking changes or modifications. • Flight Information: Stay informed about flight schedules, routes, and airline policies to provide up-to-date information and guidance to clients. • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues, handling complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the reservation process. • Sales Support: Promote additional services such as travel insurance, seat upgrades, and airport transfers to enhance the client experience and drive sales revenue. • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including travel advisors and airline partners, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients. • Adherence to Regulations: Follow industry regulations, airline policies, and company procedures while processing flight reservations and handling client information.
