Summary Description: We are seeking a Corporate Counsel to work remotely and provide proactive, service- and business-oriented legal advice to help maximize value and mitigate risk in a variety of legal matters. The ideal candidate will review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contracts while developing templates and providing contracts training to business leaders.
