Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically under pressure. • Empathetic and patient attitude with a passion for helping others. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and multitask effectively. • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
