Remote Acquisitions Manager for Real Estate Firm

THIS IS A COMMISSION BASED POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES... • Will Learn and comp properties for our Google sheets back end • Find, search and, contact agents for Said properties to prepare for bidding • Retrieve information from agents to determine bidding price point REQUIREMENTS: • Must be passionate about real estate and learning real estate investing • Must have access to own computer • Must have a reliable internet connection, smart phone, Gmail account • Knowledge of google sheets(will train) • Must pay extreme attention to detail QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a High School Graduate Preferably college student but not required. Job Types: Part-time (5-7 hours a week) Pay: 7% commission on each deal closed($20K would equal $1,400/ $30K deal would equal $2,100, etc.) Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • Will train, Just be passionate about Real Estate and entrepreneurship within real estate.
