Employer Industry: Healthcare Services Why Consider This Job Opportunity... • Part-time position with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours based on departmental needs • Opportunity for growth and improvement within the organization • Work-from-home opportunity in CT or MA • Collaborative and supportive work environment • Chance to contribute to Continual Improvement initiatives • Competitive pay and benefits package What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Answer all inbound calls and route appropriately utilizing scripting and warm transfers • Provide support to team members as needed • Accurately and efficiently enter or update all demographics and incoming referrals to sub-specialty departments • Reach out to PCP's via phone and/or fax to answer routine to complex questions regarding referrals • Coordinate multiple appointment requests with sub-specialty department representatives What Is Required (Qualifications) • High School Diploma, GED, or a higher level of education that would require the completion of high school • Minimum of 6 months experience as a receptionist in a Physician Office or equivalent • Typing speed of 50 wpm or greater with minimal errors • Exceptional attention to detail and HIPAA compliance • Effective communication and interpersonal skills How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • 0-2 years of experience as a referral specialist or similar role in a healthcare setting At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
