About us We are a cash home buyer in the Indianapolis, IN and Columbus, OH Metro Areas and we are looking for a charismatic, lead generator (telemarketing) to work from home part-time for 20 hours per week. NO PHONE CALLS. SUBMIT APPLICATION THROUGH INDEED... Responsibilities: - Place calls to prospective sellers to to identify residential real estate investment opportunities in Indianapolis, IN and Columbus, OH. Must have a quiet place to work free of background noise. - Communicate effectively with clients using proper grammar and generate interest in selling residential properties off market for cash - Enter lead information in web forms and have the ability to multi-task. - Communicate and collaborate internally regarding investment opportunities Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate OR in a customer service capacity - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities - Basic knowledge of residential real estate and current market trends - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts - Fluency in English is required If you are a motivated individual with a passion for real estate and a strong work ethic, we invite you to join our team as a Real Estate Lead Generator.
