We are seeking motivated Part-Time Call Center Representatives who can work remotely from any location in Indiana. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while actively contributing to our energy-saving initiatives through data collection. Key Responsibilities • Conduct scripted telephone interviews, delivering multiple-choice questions and accurately documenting responses using a Computer-Aided Telephone Interviewing (CATI) system. • Foster positive interactions with survey participants, maintaining neutrality and professionalism throughout the data collection process. • Participate in ongoing training and support provided by your Team Lead and colleagues to enhance your skill set. • Achieve project objectives and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented atmosphere. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent is required. • Capability to work seated for extended periods. Required Skills • Excellent communication and active listening abilities. • Clear enunciation and the skill to read accurately from a script. • Professional demeanor with the capacity to remain impartial during interviews. • Basic computer proficiency, especially in accurate data entry and typing. • Ability to meet established performance standards.
