[Remote-Position] Overnight Customer Service Representative

Overnight Customer Service Representative Location Golden, CO : 4 day work week! Work from home 90% of the time - only in-office twice per month! About Us Founded in 2013, Fix-It 24/7 delivers world-class plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services throughout the Denver metro. The Opportunity The Overnight CSR serves a critical function on our team - making sure that our customers with urgent needs get help ASAP. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, assessing their needs, and dispatching technicians to job sites. You will work over the phone and in our computer system to ensure that our customers receive the best service possible. Compensation & Benefits • $18/hour + bonus (average of 45 hours per week) • Health (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance • 401k • 40 hours of PTO + 1 PTO Day in your birthday month • 6 Sick/Personal Days Responsibilities • Answer inbound calls from prospective and current customers • Accurately enter customer and appointment information into ServiceTitan (CRM) • Schedule appointments • Dispatch on-call technicians to urgent customer needs Preferred Qualifications • Previous call center, customer service, or dispatching experience • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Requirements • Willing to undergo a background check and drug test in accordance with state and federal law • High school diploma or equivalent Schedule : Friday - Monday, 7 PM - 7 AM Location : Mostly remote, onsite twice per month. 16360 Table Mountain Parkway, Golden CO 80403 Apply Job!
