As a Live Chat Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and orders. ### Key Responsibilities: - Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers via live chat to address inquiries, provide product recommendations, and resolve any issues they may encounter during their shopping experience. - Information Management: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Office Depot’s products, services, promotions, and operational policies to facilitate accurate information delivery. - Problem Resolution: Identify customer issues and take appropriate action, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction. - Order Processing: Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring accurate transaction processing. - Feedback Handling: Collect and document customer feedback and insights to provide continuous improvement insights to management. - Strategic Planning: Collaborate with team members in strategic planning sessions to enhance chat protocols and efficiency in handling customer inquiries. - Performance Metrics: Meet and maintain established performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution rates. - Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. ### Required Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or online support environment. - Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
