We are seeking Medicare Sales Representatives to support one of the largest global call centers. This customer supports multiple carriers, and based on your current appointments/contracts, will be placed in a campaign that requires little to no release requirements. English Only: $21/hour... Spanish: $24/hour Position offers between $3-$8/hour on top of base pay based on performance, attendance, quality. Job description We are seeking Licensed Insurance Agents to support a major carrier. This is a remote position and will require you to take inbound calls on behalf of Medicare members. Top 40% of agents will be kept post AEP for year round work! Qualifications Self-motivated, sales-driven, and teachable Active Health or Health Agent Knowledge and understanding of Medicare Ability to navigate multiple systems Proficiency with computers and web-based systems Must be willing to complete a background check Minimum internet upload speeds of 20Mbps Insurance Producer License (Required- in your resident state) Responsibilities Must have a current Health Insurance Producer License (Provide NPN) Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services Meet performance expectations including sales goal, call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence Attend team meetings and training sessions Provide consultative services including sales and customer service to Medicare beneficiaries Provide customer service to current members with an emphasis on customer retention Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Work from home Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities License/Certification: • Health Insurance License (In your resident state) (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
