As the HR Associate/Recruiter, you will play a key role in hiring and onboarding employees across all of Spectrum’s sites. You will market employment opportunities, manage job postings, review candidates, conduct phone interviews, and support special projects. As part of our Administrative Team, you'll collaborate with experienced professionals to create new opportunities for both clients and staff, contributing to meaningful change within our organization. At this time, the position of HR Associate/Recruiter is 100% remote. Remote employees should have a dedicated professional work space that is free of distractions. Reliable and consistent availability is required Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00am-1:00pm and 2:00pm-6:00pm EST. • It is important to note, that the long-term designation of this position as remote, is... contingent upon the effective and efficient handling of all job duties and responsibilities. Your Role: New Hire Recruiting • Research relevant streams for employment opportunities to create and expand the pipeline for prospective employees. • Ensure quality of content, and that Spectrum is portrayed as an industry leader in a professional manner on each hiring outlet and platform. • Responsible for the advertisement, solicitation, vetting, and screening of prospective employees nationwide through various hiring platforms (e.g Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.) and the review of resumes, credentials, etc. of highly qualified candidates selected for an interview. • Schedule and conduct phone interviews and/or virtual interviews of prospective employees for various Spectrum locations (both developing and established). • Notify prospective employees of their potential employment status following interviews • Maintain communication check-ins with new employees for the first 90 days of employment Administrative Support • Attend, actively participate, and take notes in assigned meetings (e.g., all-staff, administrative, orientation, etc.). • Respond to written communications (questions and inquiries) with accurate information and professionalism within 48 business hours. • Audit HR performance management systems • Assist the HR Administrator with special projects • Assist in maintaining digital files and schedules This position reports directly to the Human Resources Administrator. What You Bring to Spectrum: • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred • Strong communication and leadership skills • A commitment to upholding Spectrum's mission and values • Passion for improving the lives of children and their families through high-quality ABA therapy • Aligned with the “Spirit of Spectrum” and demonstrates the ability to serve as a role model to fellow staff members • 1+ years of experience in healthcare-recruiting experience for a medium-sized organization • Excellent communication skills for all methods of communication (oral, written, in person) • Will be subject to a criminal background check Outstanding Benefits we offer you: • Competitive Salary + Performance Bonuses: We value your expertise, and we show it.
