Skills • Customer service experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Ability to navigate health assessment processes • Familiarity with Medicaid or Medicare is a plus • Strong communication skills and ability to manage sensitive situations Responsibilities • Schedule a variety of medical and dental services based on customer availability • Resolve inquiries regarding appointment scheduling and service completion • Identify behavioral health situations and follow appropriate protocols • Maintain awareness of service levels to meet contractual requirements Qualifications • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience • Must be 18 years or older • Flexibility to work assigned shifts during operational hours Education Requirements • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent Education Requirements Credential Category High School Diploma / GED Experience Requirements • Customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry • Experience in a call center environment is beneficial • Prior military experience is a plus Why work in Dallas, TX Dallas is known for its vibrant culture, diverse job opportunities, and strong economy.
