Position Overview We are seeking a part-time Enrollment Specialist to support our growing coaching programs. This is a fully remote, commission-only role with the potential to grow into a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and helping professionals unlock their potential, as well as the ability to CLOSE effectively. Key Responsibilities • Reach out to prospective coaching clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings. • Present and explain the value of our coaching programs, addressing client needs and objections. • Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to build trust and relationships. • Close sales and meet enrollment goals. • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system. Qualifications • Previous experience in sales/enrollment (required). • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. • Proven ability to close sales effectively. • Knowledge of the mortgage or housing industry is a plus. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. • Availability for approximately 20 hours per week.
