We are looking for two rockstar team members for our fast-paced, high-energy children's programs. The Little Gym of Corvallis is seeking Full-Time Instructor to teach and support our parent-child, preschool and grade school programs. Turn your positive energy into a rewarding job that's challenging every day. Ideal candidates are career-minded individuals who will commit to consistent shifts year-round. This is not a short-term or seasonal position. This is also not a desk job; you can expect to spend 80% of your shift inside the gym physically working with students. Growth opportunities within the company available for the right applicant. Gymnastics, dance, sports or teaching experience a plus. You can impact hundreds of local families and children each week The Little Gym instructors must demonstrate passion for children, physical fitness, health & wellness, and building relationships with customers. Selling the program is a crucial part of this job as well. Candidates with strong verbal and written communication skills who can convey benefits and find out customers' motivations for their inquiry are invaluable to the success of the gym. Other desired traits include: open availability, reliable transportation, project-oriented, organized, open to learning new things, hardworking, and good team player. Did I just describe you? Excellent Qualifications and Skills Friendly, positive, can do attitude Management experience Experience coaching gymnastics to children ages 6-12 Experience coaching sports, dance, gymnastics, swimming to groups of children ages 3-5 Experience working with parent/child ages 4 months to 36 months Sincere love of children Self starter Experience working with children (examples include preschool teacher or assistant, daycare, sports camps or similar experience) Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, kinesiology, or related field) Expected salary : Location : Corvallis, OR Apply Job!
