Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a 1099 Driver Recruiter, where you will play a vital role in linking skilled drivers with leading carriers. This fully remote position allows you to collaborate with client managers, understand their recruitment needs, and effectively guide applicants through the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with client managers to identify and address staffing requirements. • Assist drivers with client/carrier applications, ensuring all necessary documents are accurately completed. • Organize and coordinate orientation logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements. • Perform various administrative tasks and provide support to the team as needed. Required Skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. • Strong organizational skills to manage logistics and administrative duties. • Ability to work collaboratively with client managers. • Previous experience in customer service, recruiting, or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory. Qualifications • No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. • Must be available during standard business hours. • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
