You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity, and reliability of ETL processes, driving automation initiatives, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to validate data pipelines, ensuring high performance and accuracy of the data. Key Responsibilities: • ETL Testing: Design and execute comprehensive ETL test cases, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data flows and transformations. • Automation: Implement and maintain automation frameworks for ETL testing to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and reusability. • Performance... Testing: Assess and improve the performance of ETL processes, ensuring optimal data pipeline performance, scalability, and throughput. • Snowflake Expertise: Validate data integration and transformation processes within Snowflake, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance. • Talend Expertise: Collaborate with development teams to ensure ETL processes designed in Talend meet testing and performance standards. • SQL Testing: Write complex SQL queries for data validation, transformation logic testing, and reporting. • Data Masking & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure sensitive data is properly masked and that ETL processes adhere to regulatory compliance standards. • Documentation: Maintain clear, concise documentation for ETL testing procedures, test cases, and performance benchmarks. • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define testing strategies, and resolve issues efficiently. Required Skills & Experience: • 5-8 years of experience in ETL Testing with a focus on data integrity, validation, and transformations. • Hands-on experience with Automation of ETL testing processes. • Expertise in Snowflake and Talend for data management, ETL operations, and validation. • Strong understanding of SQL and ability to write complex queries for large-scale data validation. • Experience with Performance Testing of ETL processes, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing performance. • Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Data Masking practices in relation to data pipelines. • Excellent documentation skills for clear, comprehensive reports on test results, procedures, and performance metrics. • Familiarity with Agile development practices and working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
