Job Type Full-time Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility) Responsibilities 1. Provide remote support for UPS systems. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve UPS system issues. 3. Perform routine maintenance on UPS equipment. 4. Assist clients with technical inquiries. 5. Monitor system performance and suggest improvements. 6. Document support cases and solutions. 7.
