Key Responsibilities • Spearhead initiatives to uphold and elevate data quality post-ingestion. • Identify and rectify data quality challenges, ensuring data accuracy and dependability. • Collaborate with data sources to eliminate root causes of data inconsistencies. • Partner with clients to understand their data needs and convert them into actionable specifications. • Deliver clear and detailed reports on data quality, assisting clients in enhancing data from upstream sources. • Oversee the complete lifecycle of data quality projects, from requirement gathering to delivery and ongoing support. • Develop and maintain project timelines to guarantee the timely provision of high-quality data solutions. • Prepare and analyze intricate data sets to ensure they are primed for actionable insights. • Collaborate closely with BI analysts and developers to fulfill client specifications. • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing any obstacles. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, promoting transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills • Strong proficiency in data analysis, preparation, and automation. • In-depth knowledge of database management and SQL querying. • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL. • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. • Proven experience in a Data Analyst role with a focus on data quality. • Strong understanding of data quality management, with experience in automating data cleansing and preparation. • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is advantageous.
