As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our customer database and supporting customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users. Job Description: In this role, you’ll exclusively engage with customers through online chat channels, such as Facebook Messenger. Your primary responsibilities will include answering live chat messages on businesses’ websites or social media accounts, addressing customer inquiries, providing sales information, and offering discounts.
