We are seeking a creative and driven individual to create engaging YouTube video content for our business YouTube channel(s) and managing the day-to-day operations of those channels. Develop, produce, and edit high-quality video content for our YouTube channel(s) in line with our brand identity. Ability to engage with the audience and build relationships with collaborators... Plan, script, and storyboard content ideas, ensuring alignment with marketing and branding strategies. Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers, editors, and marketers, to create compelling and visually appealing videos. Manage the YouTube channels, including uploading videos, optimizing metadata, and engaging with the audience through comments and community posts. Monitor channel performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to increase views, engagement, and subscriber growth. Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content performance. Develop partnerships and collaborations with other YouTubers, influencers, and brands to expand our reach and audience. Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages on YouTube in a timely and professional manner. Ensure compliance with YouTube's community guidelines and copyright policies. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a YouTube content creator - Portfolio of high-quality videos demonstrating creativity - Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools - Strong understanding of YouTube analytics to optimize to performance and discoverability - Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively - Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas and adapt to evolving trends.
