This fully remote position offers an immediate start and the opportunity to work closely with client managers to assess their hiring needs and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for applicants. Key Responsibilities • Engage with client managers to identify and communicate staffing requirements. • Support drivers in completing client/carrier applications and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted. • Coordinate orientation logistics, handling travel arrangements and accommodations while addressing any unforeseen challenges. • Perform various administrative tasks and assist with additional team needs as necessary. Required Skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members and client managers. • Organizational skills to manage orientation logistics and administrative responsibilities. Qualifications • No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided. • Availability during standard business hours is essential. • Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, or logistics is advantageous, though not mandatory.
