Key Responsibilities • Video Editing: • Edit long-form and short-form video content for YouTube, ensuring high-quality and engaging final products. • Optimize videos for YouTube search (titles, descriptions, tags). • Create visually appealing thumbnails for videos. • Email Marketing: • Develop and schedule email campaigns in ActiveCampaign. • Manage email lists and segment audiences. • Track email campaign performance and provide reports. • Social Media Management: • Create engaging social media posts (text, images, videos) using Canva. • Schedule social media content across various platforms using Metricool. • Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments/messages. • Website Management: • Update website content and make minor design changes on WordPress and FunnelGorgeous platforms. • Ensure website functionality and troubleshoot any issues. • Live Event Support: • Schedule and manage Facebook Live events, including technical setup and audience interaction. • Platforms: • Adobe Premiere Pro (strong proficiency) • Final Cut Pro (strong proficiency) • iMovie (strong proficiency) • Canva • Metricool • ActiveCampaign • WordPress • FunnelGorgeous • Instagram • Facebook • YouTube • Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role. • Experience with graphic design (a plus) • Knowledge of SEO (a plus) • Knowledge of social media advertising (a plus) • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • EST, CST, MST, or PST timezone There are no benefits for this role as it is meant to be performed by independent contractors.
