Join Our Team as a Wholesale Data Entry Clerk - Remote Opportunity! We are on the lookout for a meticulous and Excel-savvy Wholesale Data Entry Clerk to become a vital member of our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for extracting and organizing auction data, ensuring precision and productivity within our data management framework... Upon completing your training, you will have the flexibility to work entirely remotely, with the exception of monthly team meetings to foster collaboration. Key Responsibilities • Extract and compile auction data into established Excel templates. • Communicate auction data to internal teams for processing and posting. • Review and validate posted data against original auction entries to guarantee accuracy. • Detect and rectify discrepancies and complex errors found in data postings. • Partner with the posting team to uphold data integrity, providing necessary feedback or updates. • Keep systematic records of auction data, posting outcomes, and any amendments made. • Propose process enhancements to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our data handling practices. • Offer assistance for additional tasks and projects related to wholesale data management. Required Skills • Proven experience in billing is essential. • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and data entry, prioritizing meticulous error-checking for data accuracy. • Familiarity with databases, showcasing the ability to efficiently input, manage, and extract data. • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities for identifying errors and discrepancies. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and data correspondence. • Capability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. • Robust problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving intricate data inaccuracies. • Typing proficiency: 40 WPM, with a 10-key speed of 10,000 KSPH and an accuracy rate of 95% or higher. Qualifications • Prior experience in data entry or a related field is required. • Experience in the wholesale, auction data, or automotive sectors is advantageous but not mandatory. • All candidates must be open to completing online skill assessments as part of the application process.
