We believe every child deserves access to quality education, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Intervention Specialist to join our remote team and support students across Ohio. What You’ll Do: As a fully remote Intervention Specialist, you’ll: • Provide virtual support to students with diverse learning needs, helping them thrive academically and socially. • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals. • Use engaging online tools and resources to create an interactive and effective learning experience. • Monitor progress and adapt strategies to meet each student’s evolving needs with a case load of 20-25 What You Need: • A valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license. • A degree in Special Education or a related field. • 2 years previous experience working with students with special needs (teletherapy experience is a bonus, but we’ll train you if you’re new to it!). • A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. • A passion for helping students overcome challenges and succeed.
