Major, Lindsey & AfricaÂs law firm client is seeking an Interim Counsel, part-time 10-30 hours per week to assist with audit letters and responses for 12+ months. Overview: Interim Counsel, Audit Letter Response Company: Large Law Firm Experience: 5+ years experience Location: Remote Responsibilities: Â Provide counsel to law firm clients when they receive an audit letter. Â Pull data and access financial systems to create Audit-Letter Response. Â Ability to respond quickly to audit letter requests. Qualifications: Â JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in any state. Â 5+ years of legal experience, with some emphasis in audit letters and audit-letter response. Â Highly organized.
