Requirements: Candidates who are interested in becoming a Restaurant Manager must have at least three years of experience in a restaurant or food industry-related setting, combined with prior experience leading a team. In addition, effective communication and interpersonal abilities and a talent for coaching and development are necessary, as is the ability to maintain financial controls.
