About the position The Data Entry Operator is responsible for processing child support payments in the State Disbursement Unit (SDU) system, adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures. This part-time remote position requires candidates to reside in Ohio and involves additional duties as assigned, emphasizing teamwork and individual accountability in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities  Process child support payments in the SDU system according to Standard Operating Procedures. ,  Perform additional duties as assigned. ,  Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures. ,  Collect, research, organize, and analyze data as needed. Requirements  High School Diploma or equivalent required. ,  At least one year of prior experience in data entry or a related field. ,  Proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse, and 10 key pad. ,  Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. ,  Strong interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy.
