Summary: We are searching for an enthusiastic, customer-centric individual who will be the first point of contact when interested customers/vendors call in to inquire about foodguys. An individual who will handle our reputation, client and vendors with the utmost care and attention. What you will be doing: ? Full time opportunity! Ideal candidate in Central/Mountain Time! ? Answer phones and email: serve as the point of contact for external inquiries. ? File management: organize, categorize, and maintain digital documents for easy accessibility. Retrieve documents as needed. ? Data entry: input and update information into databases... Maintain accurate and organized records. ? Basic bookkeeping: Assist in basic financial tasks such as maintaining expense records and entering bills. ? Support compliance: Call published phone numbers to confirm banking information, addresses, etc. What skills we are looking for: ? Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing, and active listening. ? Excellent customer service skills, including a personable and positive attitude. ? Adept at prioritizing, scheduling, and multitasking ? Keen attention to detail Required Experience: ? Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) ? A least one-year of Customer Service or Reception ?
