What You Will Do:- Collaborate with Amazon sellers to understand their business needs.
- Manage and optimize seller accounts to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to provide strategic recommendations.
- Respond promptly to seller inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Implement and maintain best practices for account management.
- Account management for Amazon sellers, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with sellers to address inquiries and concerns.
- Stay updated on Amazon policies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall seller experience.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or account management preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
