The Role: As a Virtual Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in providing an amazing client experience. You will manage patient interactions with professionalism and compassion, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our front desk activities from a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: ?Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner via phone, email, and video calls. ? Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments using our practice management software. ? Verifying patient insurance details and managing billing inquiries. ? Maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality. ? Providing information about our services and answering patient queries. ? Liaising with physical therapists and other staff to ensure seamless patient care. ? Handling administrative tasks as needed to support the practice. Qualifications: ? Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Proficient in using computer software and practice management systems. ? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. ? High school diploma; further education in medical administration or similar field is a plus. ? Empathy and a patient-oriented approach. ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
