Key Responsibilities • Communicate professionally with clients and team members to ascertain their travel preferences, budget, and needs. • Research, organize, and facilitate various travel arrangements, including but not limited to hotel accommodations, car rentals, airfare, cruises, and activity bookings. • Prepare and present quotes, itineraries, and invoices to clients in a timely and organized manner. • Stay informed about the latest developments, trends, and regulations within the travel industry to provide clients with accurate information and advice. Qualifications • Must be at least 18 years of age. • United States citizenship is required. • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone necessary. • Availability to participate in live and recorded training sessions.
