Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Experience in remote work environments and virtual collaboration tools. Experience: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnering and talent management. • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, organizational development, and change management. • Experience working in a global organization or understanding of cross-cultural dynamics is a plus.
