This part-time position includes meeting new home buyers, conducting homeowner orientation, walk-throughs and documenting any potential construction issues. This remote positions requires travel in Austin, TX and the surrounding area. To be considered for the position, you must reside in the Austin, TX area. We are looking for positive, energetic, enthusiastic team members to conduct all business in a professional manner. Exceptional customer service skills and excellent organizational skills are a must as well as the ability to speak with new home buyers. Knowledge and experience in the Construction of New Homes and residential construction is preferred. Qualifications: • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • High-level efficiency with iPad, Microsoft Office, PDF Expert & Adobe PDF required. • Deadline and detail oriented. • Strong residential construction walkthrough skills. • Possess great interpersonal skills. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Work setting: Remote in the Dallas Fort Worth area. You must be able to commute daily to Austin, TX and the surrounding area. Compensation: • $20 hourly pay.
