Who We Are: We’re DraughtPick – your go-to platform for discovering, rating, and keeping track of the best beers on tap. We help restaurants and breweries build stronger connections with their beer-loving customers by showcasing their brews. Now, we need YOU to help us spread the word and bring more venues onboard. What You’ll Do: • Lead the Charge: You’ll visit restaurants, breweries, and other venues, introducing them to DraughtPick and explaining how we can elevate their business. • Social Media Magic: You’ll take control of our social media accounts, creating engaging posts and content that resonate with our audience and get people talking. • Seal the Deal: You’ll actively pitch to potential clients and close sales – turning prospects into partners. • Innovate & Execute: Think on your feet and bring new sales tactics and creative strategies to the table. You're not afraid to test, learn, and iterate. Skills You’ll Need to Rock This Role: • Sales Expertise: You’ve got a proven track record of closing deals. Whether it's face-to-face or over the phone, you know how to pitch, negotiate, and seal the deal. • Social Media Proficiency: You’re comfortable creating content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and know how to engage an audience, build a following, and keep people interested. • Communication Skills: You’re persuasive and personable, with the ability to tailor your message to each client. You can present confidently and clearly. • Customer-Focused Mindset: You understand the needs of restaurants, breweries, and other venues, and you know how to connect DraughtPick’s offerings to their goals. • Self-Motivation: As an independent contractor, you’re disciplined, driven, and able to work autonomously. You love the challenge of finding leads, following up, and turning them into clients. • Relationship Building: You know that sales don’t end at closing. You’ll be fostering long-term relationships with clients to help them make the most of DraughtPick. • Adaptability & Creativity: You’re flexible, think outside the box, and aren’t afraid to experiment with different approaches.
