In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective training content for all aspects of our business. You will gain hands-on experience in instructional design, graphic design, video editing, and e-learning development while working on real-world projects within a leading global medical device company. What You Need • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above; currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional technology and Learning Sciences (ITLS), Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.? • Basic working knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM). • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and SCORM-compliant content creation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? • Strong interpersonal skills.? • Ability to exercise independent judgment and proven leadership and business acumen skills. ? • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. ? • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. ? • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.? • Proficient in basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: • Basic understanding of LMS platforms and how e-learning content is deployed and tracked (e.g. ComplianceWire, Cornerstone). • Familiarity with cGMP, the medical device industry or healthcare-related training content. • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is preferred. • Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia).
