As a Janitorial Services Specialist, you play a pivotal role in our success. We are currently hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions to ensure exceptional service round the clock. Job Details: Pay Rate: $11-$13 per hour Working Hours: Monday-Friday, All Shifts Available (Between 7am-11pm) Weekend Work: Required depending on Customer needs Total Weekly Hours: Varies for Full-Time and Part-Time positions Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of restrooms, breakrooms, and other designated areas. Collect and dispose of trash, ensuring proper replacement of trash bags. Perform floor cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming. Dust furniture, walls, and other surfaces, and polish windows for a sparkling environment. Operate cleaning equipment and use supplies following Kimco standards for quality service. Securely lock doors to ensure building security and safety. Qualifications: Prior experience (at least 6 months) in janitorial services or commercial cleaning is preferred. Ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, reach, and climb for extended periods of time. Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. consistently and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
